"During my 15 years of selling to the industry, I realised that so many salons were losing money everyday by not wanting retail in their salon. These salon owners were sick of telling staff to sell, or worse, sick of having stock sitting on their shelves, simply collecting dust.
The salon shelves would either look very full with a lot of money invested in retail product, or they simply looked like they were getting rid of stock with bits and pieces of it scattered across the shelves.
