During my 15 years of selling to the industry, I realised that so many salons were losing money everyday by not wanting retail in their salon. These salon owners were sick of telling staff to sell, or worse, sick of having stock sitting on their shelves, simply collecting dust. The salon shelves would either look very full with a lot of money invested in retail product, or they simply looked like they were getting rid of stock with bits and pieces of it scattered across the shelves. Not only did this not look inviting to a customer, but salon owners were not interested in investing in retail products because they had been burnt by sales reps, left with too much money tied up in excessive retail that never sold. Over the years, I began to understand that it was a combination of owners and staff members who contributed to this... and that's why I developed this course for both owners and staff members alike.
